I have purchased 1.5 ton LG A/c on 15.04.2017 from Vasanth & Co and it was installed by LG service centre on 17.04.2017.. At the time of purchase they have told that it is free installation. the Service people not installed properly i.e. they are not properly closed by white cement at the backside of the hole which was made by them for the purpose of cable passing. Now they told it is customer duty to close the hole. please depute your authorised service engineer to rectify the same.
