Complaint launched at VK-HNDYHM and IM SERVICE and visited for, services: 19.07.16,27.07.16,28.07.16,Nov. 2016, 23,24 25, 30.03.17 for Washing Machine and freeze.
Dear Sir
We have purchased two refrigerators and two washing machine out of these one washing machine and one refrigerator are defective.
With above subject and reference I would like to state the following points to you:
1) Both the products was continuous under repair and maintenance but could not be repaired till date. Some part of washing machine was taken out by Mr. asharaf the staff and deposited to company on 30.03.2017 till date it is with company only.
2) The refrigerator sounds like diesel engine, I have some clips with me but there is no way to send, many times I have shown to your technician. They used to put hot water in and tried to repair the effort was waste.

3) We complaint again and again but they do not take seriously. The example is they massaged thrice on04.04.17, 09.09.17 and 18.04.17 did not visited. Then I went to visit the service center (Mr. firdosji) he told me to visit at 6:00PM, did not come to house.

4) Machine has been completely damaged by getting repair again and again. It is put in house in three pieces. I have some photographs of machine and video clips but there is no way to send to you.

It is not possible to keep the same products in the house they are useless. Refrigerator was put off for two months from the date of purchase. The situation is compelling me to go for legal proceeding with support of media person if you are not giving me the following solution within 07 days.
My final request to you is:
• Replace the products with new and latest technology and guarantee from the date of replacement within 07days from the date of receiving this letter otherwise expenditure for legal proceeding and other expenses will be at your part and to be compensate by Vendor Company.
• Till date I have expended Rs.22,000 (Twenty two thousand only) to arranged the facilities from outside. Compensate the amount soon as possible.
