Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am looking for a service request for a door lock at my residence in Kolkata.
I have been trying to contact the Toll Free number(1800 209 4543) since morning. After following the IVR, I am kept waiting for 2 minutes and the line disconnects. We have selected the 2nd option for a call back on the IVR but have not yet received any communication. We have tried contacting the local dealer but they have requested to raise a complaint at the call centre.
Requesting you to book a complaint by email as my mother is a senior citizen and requires assistance with the door lock immediately for the safety and security.
