Complaint Milton Hotbox - material deficiency

    We have a good opinion, Trust and confidence on Milton products. Recently I have purchased 2 Milton hot box in M/s Saravana stores at Ranganathan Stree, T Nagar (Phone No.24346078, TIN 33331540173). One is Buffet 5000 and another one is Celestial Ultra 4000, on 28.02.17. We have first used Celestial Ultra 4000 and found that one side of the top is not properly closing. On 11.03.17, I have handed over the hot box personally at the Saravana Stores, T Nagar - Chennai and request them to give fresh piece. They said that they will sent to Milton Service Centre and it will take a week time for get back the same. On their call, I have visited their shop and received the hot box today and found that the Top of hot pot is replaced with old one. I checked the hot box whether it is working fine but I found that one side of the the have a grip only 20% and at any time it will come out from the Grip point.

    Please provide me a Fresh Celestial Ultra 4000 with good working condition.
