    Dear sir/ madam

    My consumer no is Cx 9792790.
    I had booked my gas refill on 27 Feb 17. On 02 mar 17, my cash memo 3000133784 was generated at 1015 hrs. By evening I received a message stating that my refill cylinder is delivered. However, I didn't received the same. when I contacted the agency the next day they told me that it would be delivered by evening. But the refill was not delivered even after 10 days. Today I went and enquired about my booking, they made a new booking and changed my cylinder.

    I want to know, where has my earlier refill gone and why this kind of irregularities.
