    Dear Sir / Madam,
    In this digital era when PM himself is emphasising on digital payments, today I was advised by your customercare rep to go for manual payment of Bill. My previous complaint was closed stating the amount that is deducted two times from two different accounts will not be refunded and also not credited towards payment of Feb 2017 Bill consumer No. KH6197.I request you to kindly escalate the issue with the payment gateway to refund Rs 43.48 in m-Pesa account (Mobile No. 9911893831) and Rs 43.13 in SBI Debit card both payments made on 24 Feb 17.Previous complaint No. 1401130103. Expecting a positive response. Thanks and Regards.
