Yesterday night while installing filled cylinder a leak was detected. The information was passed to the nearby Karuna agency in the morning at 10 am . The issue has not been attended till now . We are trying to reach the office many a time and the calls are not answered.As a gas agency it is your duty to ensure safety for your customer.. please do take a necessary step as soon as possible
