    I have a samsung feature phone. The screen is not functioning and requires change of "BELT".
    I took the phone to the nearest Samsung service centre in VAPI.
    They refused to even see what is the problem. I told them that I ahve asked other repair people to see what is wrong and they have told me that it reuires change of belt. I am unable to find the right belt so as they are official samsung service centre surely they can find the right belt OR find a way to call the belt from the main centre. they refused to hear me.
    I am from the poor fraternity as I donot have a smart phone and they only deal with the posh clients. They dont have time for people with feature phones. Really Really BAD service.
