Complaint Cash back not received yet

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had returned my products on June 22, 2014 for cash back and was told the processing and clearing of the cheque will take 40-50 working days. Same is mentioned in the goods return requisition form too (pictures attached).

    Till date I have no clue as to when will I get my money back. I've spoken to Mona at the Gili (MIDC office) many times over phone and frankly it's of no help. I'm just given random deadlines and expected to wait endlessly citing shifting of office and other reasons for delay.

    Please treat this email as urgent and give me my cheque this week itself. Else I will be forced to escalate this matter higher up and make this matter public.
