Dear Sir
With ref to the following PASSPORT file nos CA2078769241915 and CA2078765197315,pertaing to myself and my wife, the address verification done by Mr A K Halder ( cell no 9836254928)of police on 01.12.2016 evening but still I am getting text from your good office on submission of 'adverse report' by police'. Contrary to the above, when I have checked the matter with Mr Halder, he confirmed that he is satisfied with address verification process and all the relevant & signed documents/supporting are still lying with him as he is unable find /locate the files that your office has generated for necessary submission. Moreover, I have enquired the matter with our Kasba PS and they have advised me to get in touch with your good office.Request if you could kindly take initiative and arrange to close the process as soon as possible and help me come out from this botheration.
