Complaint Not entertaining service of my Samsung adapter

    Sir,
    I have purchased a Samsung travel adapter from Snapdeal on dt.19.12.2016,but after expiry of 10 days it was stop working. As return schedule days expired I have contacted your nearest service center in Russel Chowk-Jabalpur but he refused to give service and say it is not a genuine Samsung Product. Then I arrange a conference call with Snapdeal customer care and the customer care representative urged the service center authority to give denial letter showing his concern but the service center authority adamant in his stand that,not to give the denial letter. Again I contact Samsung customer care authority on dt.14.12.2016 and the authority also urged the service center authority (Balaji Service center) to cooperate with the customer and issue denial letter of his concern, but again he denied to give denial letter. My concern is that,if the product is not genuine one then what problem with the service center authority not to give denial letter? Even though your customer care representative urged to give then also his denial and adamant for the same is a concern for a honest Samsung customer. Snapdeal want denial letter and your service center authority in denial mood not to give denial letter. Your help in this matter is highly respected.
