‌I Advocate Sarika Pawle holding account savings no 34899 at Dr ambedkar rd Parel 12 had gone to visit the bank to remove cash as my cash was above 4000 the clerk told me to meet the senior manager Nandkumar ramchandra pathak when I entered his cabin I greeted him saying good morning he didn't wish me also not having any professional ethics. He asked me my account no he noticed that I had less cash in my account he told me in a very insulting manner that if you people don't have money why do u come with your face to ask me,afterwards he told me to just get out of the cabin.The bank was crowded and people were all listening he also told loudly to everyone that I don't have any money in the account and I had come to waste his time .After that he started abusing me then a lady officer named bhagyashree chache came and started yelling at me in a very bad manner accompany with another officer called Damodar sawatkar.This three bankers were yelling at me together telling outside people that I don't have any money in my account. What right your manager had to disclose my account details publicly and to humiliate me publicly and insulting me so much .All the people were just looking at me which made me feel so much humiliated. From there I went to Bhoiwada police station and I lodged a complaint against these three bankers, police called them immediately your senior manager was not telling his name to the police also when he called the bank.Then senior manager Nandkumar ramchandra pathak along with Bhagyashree chache came to the police station.... Some other branch manager also accompanied them.My complaint no is1994.kindly take some strict action against this three bankers mainly the senior manager. Otherwise I will have to take help of legal proceedings against this three bankers.
