Dear Infosys,
I just want to know what actully happens with your employees in your campus. One of my friend was your employee has been terminated yesterday by her HR manager why i am telling u in brief and what i want is a proper action.
She joined infosys last feb and continued her work, suddenly in start of sept c got in contact with typhoid and sufferd with that for one and half month. She was not in the condition to rejion and was admitted in hospital and for better treatment she came to her home. Durung that period she got call from her manager and emails too and she properly resoonded on all of those emails and phone calls. In mid october she rejoined and found that all of her access were blocked like her employee id,panorma, access everyting was blocked. Her managers just told you will get all d access by sm days bt she didnt got anything. She was not getting any proper response by anyone. Then finally she contacted with her HR manager and she told that she dosent even know weather my friend has rejoined or not. HR told she dont even know that my friend had responded to any of calls done by managers. HR manager told within some days ur id and acess will be activated just give me a written bote that u had contact wid ur managers and u properly responded to all the calls and emails. My friend did that then yesterday she got a call from HR manager for meeting and in that meeting HR manager took her id card and gave her a termination letter. No salary since sept, no experience letter nothing direct termination.
Wat i want is a proper action.
