    I paid Rs.8000/-as an advance out of total Rs.8850/- for replacing TSP+LCD and case of my handset in June 2016. TSP+LCD was replaced on 26/7/2016 but case(body) remained to be replaced as yet despite several reminders.Again after having broken the TSP Display for the second time another sum of Rs.2000/- was paid out of Total Rs.3500/- on 19/8/2016 for replacing TSP Display. On inquiry every time the reply was materials has not been sent from Samsung. Ultimately on 14/10/2016 on inquiry I was told that the booked material has reached but refused to carry out the work quating staffing problem. But finally my handset was recieved on 24/10/2016 under work order No.24/10/01 and advised me to collect it on 26/10/2016,But when inquired I was told its not repaired. I recieved the same reply till today. As such this order is also yet to be attended. I wonder why such people who is so careless and unfriendly to the customers is appointed as authorized service centre. I think there is urgent Need to review of the working and train the employees otherwise the image of Samsung is at stake.
