    ITS ALMOST A MONTH NOW SINCE I GAVE MY SAMSUNG HANDSET FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED TOUCH. I HAVE NOW VISITED THE CENTRE FOR ATLEAST 5 TIMES AND STILL THE COUNT IS ON.I MEAN CUSTOMERS RELY ON SAMSUNG FOR THEIR WARM SERVICE BUT NOW A DAYS WHAT CUSTOMERS (INCLUDING ME) ARE EXPERIENCING IS TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE. NO ONE AT THE CENTRE HAD THE URGE TO HELD HIMSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE DELAYED DILEVERY.I WANT A QUICK RPLY FROM THE AUTHORIZED PERSON ..............
