    Dear Sir / Madam,



    I gives me immense pain in notifying you that your Sales persons are rude and incompetent.



    I had booked 2 Aprilla SR 150 scooters from Planet Moto Bandra Outlet.



    I had asked for delivery on 11th Oct'16 which was Dassera a very auspicious day. (Full Payment of Rs. 1,60,000 Was Done On 18th Sept 2016).

    Same was promised to me. But on Sat 08th Oct,2016 I was told that the bike had not arrived and I was to check on 11th Oct,2016 itself. So in the morning I called at Bandra location Sales person Mr. Jaavad and he told me that it will still take time as they were in the progress of downloading the shipment at Vasai.

    Since I was staying in Colaba and it would take atleast 2 hours to reach Bandra I told him to coordinate with me. But I was not getting timely update and hence I was calling up every 1 hour to check the current status on the Bike. I was doing that so that when the Bike reaches Bandra I too would be there to pick it up. But to my dismay Mr.Jaavad called me just before 04:00pm and said to collect the bike before 5:00pm as they would close early for Dassera.

    So I told him it would be not possible to collect same within 1 hour I would collect it within the same week by Sunday.

    He also told me that only 1 Bike had come and the second 1 would come the next day. I agreed to that.

    I went on 14th thinking that my Bike would be there I was surprised to know that it wasn't.

    I called up Mr. Jaavad to ask where my bike was and he replied that it was sold to another customer since I said or told him that I would be collecting same by Sunday.

    Now I also asked him how can he do that since the bike was allocated to my name he said you didn't come on that day and you were going to collect it in 2 or 3 days time we have sold it to another customer.

    Is it that customer was paying a higher amount then the booking amount to the dealer they have sold to him.



    I also called up their office in Goregaon and the sales person over their was very rude to me saying " Don't waste my time. Collect your refund."



    Is this the kind of service you are saying your sales person will give to the customer who has already paid the entire amount and is asking for what is rightfully his.



    So I told Bandra outlet person to give me a refund, since everyone over there is trying to make a fool out of me.

    They made me sit for 2 hours without even asking or offering a glass of water.



    They then said we only have 1 cheque , so I told them its fine and they can club the amounts together. But they still kept on saying only 1 cheque would be issued and their head was not around. So I told them to call him and ask for the second cheque for which they replied he has gone for Namaj and he will call back seeing the missed / unanswered call.

    I patiently waited, then they started saying the you can take the cheque with you and we will deliver both the bikes by 04:00pm (14th Oct,2016). But since these guys were so rude I insisted on getting the money back. Also one of them tried calling to check if they would be able to delivery the bikes to my place but I could see from his reaction that it would not be possible at all.



    Now I want to know what action will you take on them. If they are selling off bikes allocated for one customer to another customer without notifying the first one that can they do it.



    These guys are making profit out of it and giving Aprilia a bad name.

    We customers are suffering and getting rude responses.



    I hope some action would be taken else I would feel that it is not going to make a difference to you, as you too are supporting them and hence they are doing such things.
