    I called IGI airport enquiry call centre on 13th Oct'16 at around 3 p.m to enquire about my flight terminal. The call centre staff named RAViNDER was very rude and his tone was very unpleasent. Advice you to put him into rigorous refresher training as to how to talk to the customer in a polite way.
