    I placed my system (Samsung Galaxy Note8) for repair on 13 sept 2016, at AMP SERVICES PVT. LTD. at Dave Office Complex, Paona Bazar, Imphal City, Manipur State. The reception lady told me to come back after 7 days after giving me instruction that I should call them with the phone no provided on the receipt. I called them 2 whole days, might be more than a hundred times to confirm as she instructed but without any answered phone.(Please dont tell us we customers dont know if the phone call being made is busy or not answering!) So, no choice,I had to drive down 60 kms for the said purpose. When I arrived, I enquired by giving my receipt. I was told to wait. After 45 ms of waiting, they gave me information that my system has a problem with its pata and since there is no stock, they asked me to come back after 15 days with the same instruction.
    Starting from 13th day, I started calling for 3 days continously 100+ times but without any call answered to make sure the job is done with mine. But no choice this time too I had to drive down 60 kms again. When I arrived, as usual, I have to enquire by giving them recept. They kept me waiting for more than an hour!!! After enquiring 10 times hows my unit is, then only they asked me for my unit's charger. I gave them the charger. In the while I wait, a customer came, enquired about her unit she placed a month ago, and she also had the same complaint of not answering the phone she rang for more than 100 times without any answered call and she had to travel for more than 50 kms just to hear that the part is out of stock and she needs to wait for another 15 days. And I stood up and supplemented the same complaint.The mechanics boy shout at us refusing of not answering the phone with a jungly manner and attitude as if we told lies.We exchanged hot words and many customers threw the same complaint, only then they silent! After some time they brought out my system telling me that my cable charger is defected.They told me they changed the patta and I have to pay Rs 850 for that. But my doubt is, do they really change the patta!? as you could see the patta in the charging place remained untouched and the same as it was! If the stock was out of and if the new stock was ordered, will not it be the new patta that my system should have it by now? As far as I observed, my system remained untouched!
    If you dont train your staffs in imphal about customer care and besides if you don't open more servicing centres in imphal so as to have competion in dealing customers to their satisfaction, I doubt you will experience alot of decreasing customer populace in our area! For me, I don't think I will go again for samsung units for my electronic accesories while many other good brands like Oppo, Gionee, Huawei are poping up with good servicing centres!
    Hope you will take a serious consideration on this matter if you still wanna maintain your status in our state
