Complaint Poor service

    phone charging point was not working....gave for servicing at urs road service centre....commitment of delivery was 2 working days...but after 2 weeks also it was not done....now renewed commitment is of 1 more working day...its very difficult for me to make visit during weekdays, but it is of least concern for the representatives at desk.........
    firstly there is no effective process of tracking the delivery commitments OR no communication to the customer of the possible anticipated delay.....secondly the representatives at desk were not at all sorry for the delay, rather started arguing....on asking for the managers contact, denied....the response was worst than government office.....for any manufacturer, after sales service has to be up to the mark, if they have to survive in this competitive market, which I felt missing in this centre....

    will appreciate if management takes some action on the same....thanks
