Complaint Regarding rescheduling of airline

    Hi,

    We 4 persons are travelling from mumbai to delhi on 9th october in 2 different indigo flights.

    Due to some urgency , one of the pessenger(rahul gupta) is not able to travel and other passenger , navdeep jindal has some serious health issues . So , he cant travel alone . So we need to reschedule the ticket of navdeep jindal with us(neeru gupta, puneet jindal) but according to our current flight charges, rescheduling charges are very very high and we will have to bear approximately double , one for cancellation and one for rescheduling. Please adjust our rescheduling charges of Navdeep jindal with the cancellation ticket or give us any option to change the passenger name. We have one of our friend that can go at place of rahul gupta. Its a domestic flight . So i think ,there should not be any problem for any alternative option.
    Please help as we are not able to pay that much extra amount.
