    subsequent to my writing a complaint in this forum, I have lodged a complaint to the customer care having reference number 037836. Not getting any positive outcome I had followed this up with further emails, only to get a stock reply that my complaint would be addressed in 48 hours. I had also called the customer care number but there is no response from The Hindu.
    There is total apathy from the company.

    It has not been possible to follow this up with The Hindu due to our work pressure.


    May I request you to help me get the newspaper delivered at the earliest.
