    Dear sir,

    On 30th September I am purchased Dr aquaguard. But till date I am got proper purchase bill as well as now this machine work not properly so that I continued call Anuj complex service centre but no one pick up it and your customer sales specialist Mr. Pintu Dutta he is also not attended my call. He assured me that within 15 days I will got my purchased bill and any time I will be here for service. But now I am so hopeless about your service.
    Hope it will be solved because your water machine work not properly and I am facing lots of problem.
