1. I am deeply distressed to bring to your kind notice inaction by Airtel team in changing bill plan to include my family members into my plan scheme, despite my personal visits to your Divyasree Towers head office at Bangalore and providing required details to them, twice once on 24/25 Aug 15 and again on 16 Sep 15.

2. My number 7259186279 was to be changed from corporate account to individual account with my plan 599* clubbing other two numbers on my name under this scheme. Other numbers are 9945477005 and 9731142223. Request for this was given by me in person with all documents on 24/25 Aug 15. 7259186279 was changed from corporate to individual with 599 plan on 27 Aug 15, but other two numbers were not brought under this plan. This was done by Mr Ajay Kumar of your office (Mobile No.9731340412). He called me later stating that other two numbers will be brought under 599* plan during next billing cycle.

3. I once again approached your office on 16 Sep 15 and submitted this request once again. I had also requested for change of plan from my plan 599* to my plan 799* as three numbers are going to be used under this scheme. Service Change Order No.13008667 dated 16 Sep 15 17:02:38 refers. I was assured by your executive that this time there will not be any lapse and other numbers of mine viz., 9945477005 and 9731142223 will be brought under My Plan with principal number being 72591 86279. I got an SMS that bill plan for my airtel mobile has been changed from My Plan Family 599-KK to My Plan 799-KK,

4. Today when I called up your helpline for activating ISD, when I enquired with your executive I was told that 9945477005 and 9731142223 have still not been brought under My Plan 799

5. I am deeply distressed and disappointed with complete lack of concern on the part of your team in executing simple requests like this. For the fault of your team, I had to unnecessarily pay separately for 72591 86279, 994547705 and 9731142223.

6. I would therefore request you to kindly take action in
• Bringing 9945477005 & 9731142223 into My Plan Family 799-KK immediately
• Recover amounts paid by me for 9945477005 and 9731142223 for Sep 15 from your employees who defaulted in executing my request thereby causing me additional/unwarranted expenditure
• Waive off charges on 9945477005 & 9731142223 incurred till the time these two numbers are brought under My Plan 799 Family – KK with principal number being 72591 86279. I will not be paying any bills on these two numbers, separately.

7. Further, I would request you to move 72591 86279 & 9945477005 from Karnataka Circle to Telangana Circle effective 09 Oct 15 as I am relocating to Secunderabad on 08 Oct 15.
