Complaint Library of b.sc is disgusting

We do not have a good library,it is so disgusting. Even course books are not available, there is no monthly magazines,and not even GK books. We have told twice to our director but no response.
It is the condition of the library of B.sc.(faculty of science).
Plz solve this problem ASAP.
