Today I booked three tickets from above numbered ticket agent he demanded the printed amount of the tickets and Rs 30 service chages and Rs 4/- service tax on it he has put a charges board on the wall.he asked every customer that government has fixed these charges. He cheat the public because the ticket does not clearly reveal the ticket INCLUDE SEVICE CHARGES AND SERVICE TAX. If the ticket shows IRCTC fare + Service charges +Service tax = Total amount
Then no agent can cheat the public.please do the needful in the infest of public which is cheated by the ticket agents. Thanks
