Complaint Refusal to resolve the problem

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I had made online complaint on 29-06-2015 regarding omission of my last name in refill voucher/ cash memos and wrong entry against KYC status despite receiving of KYC Form from me in time. Having seen no action in this regard, I had personally went to office of the Distributor on 24-07-2015 at about 1100 hours and requested the officials to resolve the problem. They informed me that online submission of complaint has no value and they do not attend to such complaints. When I said that I have personally come to resolve the problem with supporting documents, they do not pay any attention to it. Making online complaint is not liked by the officials of the Distributor and as a consequence, they being annoyance, are unwilling to resolve the problem. Kindly advise what should I do now and how I resolve the problem ?
