    I purchase a samsung note3 neo in january i got a problem with battery backup now a day i visit customer care jind there was a person asif who check my phone an he said there is water in my phone an that is out of warranty an its pcb an motherboard will be changed an it will cost you approx 11500 on bill an if u are intrested without bill i will manage in 6000 i refused him an i came back next day i went again ani demand in written thar my phone is liquid logged and estimate they said we can repair ur phone in 1150 but i refused again then he said estimate will cost u 250 rs i think this is not the standard of samsung its very shocking
    Now they are saying there is moisture in phone your board can replace in warranty an u have to pay for pcb
