We are 300 flat owner residing at Raj Arcade just oppoisite to D Mart at Mahavir nager Kandivali west Mumbai 400067. The trucks coming throghout night to unload goods at D Mart being docked to footpath using iron connector. This connector is manually shifted and dragged from one place to another resulting in tremendous and unbearable noice. We are unable to get proper sleep during night. We complaint in past verbally to D mart supervisor Mr Aniket Dt 27 Feb 2024 & Mr Chetan Dt 14 Feb 2024 but there is absolutely no improvement. Request your intervention to stop noise related issue at the earliest and help us to leave in peacful surroundings which is our fundamental right as per Indian constitution.
