    This is to notify you that Mr Rahul Kumar at the emergency billing reception of Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi is misbehaving with me during the admission procedure of my father who is in the emergency
    Need support right now as he and others at the emergency reception have made it into a habit for several years to harass patients and their attendants on some pretext or other. They do not allocate entitled bed to patients and either force to accept rooms that they offer or make attendants wait hours on end for the entitled rooms despite availability of the same. The system for today i.e. 6 April 2024 will show that single-bed rooms are available but they are forcing me to accept triple bed sharing room for my patient who has prostate cancer and being admitted for severe Parkinson's disease and easily contracts infection
    The management of the hospital may not be aware as people generally steer clear of giving in complaints but this being the fifth time of going through the same system of admission process and the entire rigmarole as stated above, things have cone to a head
