    I want to bring to your attention a case of negligence at the Hyundai branch in Gohana. It is stated that I gave my Aura car for regular service at the aforementioned service center on 24.03.2024. When I went to pick up my car, I was informed by the staff that during the washing of my car, it was involved in an accident and the dickey/boot space was severely damaged by them. After a lengthy conversation about this matter, I agreed to repair the damage with insurance, and they committed to returning my car within 3 days. However, I have not yet received my car. I request that you take necessary disciplinary action against the concerned staff of your department.
