Complaint Horrible customer experience

    I was at the maple srore for the 4th time for a simple hardware issue which they told me was a permanent problem in i phone 6.
    That was however, not the problem. The lady working there needs to learn how to talk to people. She works in a service oriented industry and feels its ok to shout at customers in front of atleast 20 people. You cannot talk to her without getting frustrated. The problem was addressed but the complain is for the employee there who was shouting at a customer at the top of her voice. That is no way to deal with people.
