    I have given my vehicle to your showroom service center on 18/01/2024 for paid service. On 19/01/2024 they made a phone call informing that there is a problem in the engine and it need to be checked which may take 5 working days. They asked me to send Rs.5000/- as advance which was paid immediately through phonepay. After that there was no information and they are not even answering my calls. I am residing at konthamuru which is around 9 kms from the show room. I have made as many as 10 calls which were not answered. I seek your piece of advise in this regard.
