    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have booked a hotel( hotel grand castle fab hotel)from telephonic basis from fabhotel at coimbatore(Tamilnadu) on dated 02.12.2023.
    At a time of booking your customer care service was very fast.
    But at a time of check in hotel manager (Owner) not responded properly.
    After check in I have not found any tv remote I have not found water bottle not found any soup in bathroom.
    I complained regarding these all hotel owner not responding & said talk to fab hotel service.
    I have not any to give you he said also this is shop go & buy.
    At late night with my family where I go in other city which in not familer with us.
    That time I decided that stayed here jaise taise.
    Early morning 7am we check out from hotel & stayed other hotel.

    I complained many time on phone service center he pick up my call but no responded.
    I complained on whatsup also but there is no response any thing.
    Such a bad service provided by fabhotel.
    I am requesting you to give my money back which was rs 2100/- per night.
    I think it was very costly but I think may good
    But there was nothing in hotel & service.
    Regarding this complained give me my money back.
    I billed there on by phone py.
    Proof also available.
    If you not consider my complained.
    I post these all over social media twitter also & complained on customer care services.
