    This is Anant Vashishtha from Moradabad Uttar Pradesh. I am a business owner and owed 2 cars , one is Dzire and another one is Mahindra XUV 500.
    Yesterday I visited your Moradabad Honda dealership for a walk around of Honda Elevate for my father. When I entered in the showroom there is a lady on the reception counter approached me and asked about my requirements, then she went in the sales manager’s office. It’s been 25 minutes no one came to me. Honda have to take a look into customer services because if you guys work like this , the day is not far for Honda to wrap up from India like other American companies. And yesterday I feeled that if pre sales customer service experience is like this then what should we expect from you guys for after sale services. Mahindra is not a big brand like you guys but you have learn some basic customer experience skills from them. I never seen this attitude of staff in any other automaker company.
