Complaint No water supply since 12 days

    am writing to file a complaint regarding the water supply issue that I have been experiencing for the past 6-7 days . There has been a complete lack of water supply at my residence during this period I have paid a total amount of Rs. 2748/- for three bills and my water ID is G010007518, registered in the name of Mrs. Saharan’s .

    Further more I have yet not received a payment receipt for this transaction dated 3rd Nov 2023.

    I Kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and the resolution of the water supply issue . As I have one paralysed patient at home my Mom,

    Additionally if you could provide me with the online payment receipt . I would greatly appreciate it.
