I would like to inform the concern authority that I have ordered a Himalaya Baby Care Lotion (Order ID OD429373990376002100) from Flipkart, and the product was about to deliver on 18th of October'2023, but the this product is not delivered on that day, rather its is seen on the status that the product is delivered, after seeing this I have raised issue at Flipkart, but as per their response, it is seen that the product is delivered, but the fact is that till today, neither the product is delivered to me nor any delivery agent called me regarding this product and please let me know who was the concern delivery agent.
Therefore, request to the concern authority to look after the issue and wishing for quick resolve.
