    Dear HDFC Team,

    I had withdrawn 500 rupees from the ATM of your bank, all the processing had been done, suddenly due to power failure, the money was not withdrawn from the ATM.I told the guard who was on duty. He told me that your account will be transferred but till now the money has not come in the account.
