    I had a very bad experience with the shower cubicleinstallation I got from Saint Gobain at my new apartment. My order wasprocessed through “TECHNIC REFLECTIONS, Hosur Main road, Madiwala, Bengaluru-560068”Here are my order details:Quotation No: ENQ0003680/1/1/IQQ/2023/8/28PI number: ENQ0003680/1/1/IQQ/2023/8/28Receipt number: TR/RE/019/2023Date: 30.08.2023 I got the hardware and glass delivered on time (thanks to MrGautham), but the installation team that came was very unprofessional. First ofall, there was no knowledgeable supervisor during the installation process.Only 2 people were there to fit the shower partition. They were also illequipped to do the installation. Since the installation was inside bathrooms,with lot of pipes running around, it was expected from the installation team tocarry some monitoring device that could show where in the wall, water pipes arerunning (when I had person from different company visit my house for providinga quote for glass partition, he was professional enough to carry such adevice). No such thing was carried by persons from Saint Gobain when they camefor installation. The just drilled holes, even without looking where the pipesare running. Luckily, there were no holes drilled into any of the water pipesduring shower cubicle installation. After they installed shower cubicles, Iasked if they could install some bathroom accessories which I had personallypurchased from outside. My assumption was, since they had the drilling accessoriesand since they have always dealt with drilling inside bathrooms, they would beknowledgeable about pipes inside walls when they look at pipes inside falseceiling. I was wrong with my assumption. They drilled a hole into one of thewater pipes. There was a mess inside the room, had to call the plumber to turnoff the valve. I had to additionally bear the expenses for breaking tile,fixing the pipe and replacing wall tile. Since the mess was after my interiorsand deep cleaning was done, it was more painful for me. Also, this entire messcost around Rs 3000 for fixing pipe and re-tiling, apart from what Iadditionally paid as labor for the fitters for drilling holes for my personalaccessories. I don’t blame the fitters here, but I blame saint gobain for nothaving a professional installation team with necessary equipment. I had lot ofvendor options for installing shower partition but went with Saint Gobain justbecause of the brand name. But I am just very disappointed with the kind ofun-professionalism and lack of supervision shown during installation process.It is very painful to say I made a wrong decision to go with saint gobainand  that I would not be recommendingsaint gobain to anyone.  Also, one of the 3 shower cubicles installed has significantrattling noise when door is opened. I have already spoken to Mr Gautham forfixing this
