    Dear,

    The quality of Parshada’s in Langar of Dera Beas is good but these are not fresh; all this happens because Parshada’s remain open (i.e. air touch the Parshada’s);

    · Air touch when Sewadars take time to transfer from Loh to big shed.
    · Later there is need to store Parshada’s in big shed for a long period.
    · Parshada’s remain open in this big shed for a long period, in this big shed Sewadars fill in boxes (even these boxes are not like Tiffin).

    · These boxes are placed in open air to maintain the supply.
    · In Langar Ghar the Parshada’s are being filled in Tokaries from boxes (again air touches for long period).

    After making Parshada’s; if we will store Parshada’s (in Loh) directly into the ‘Light Weight Tiffins', if we will store these 'Light Weight Tiffins' (can store in same big shed) instead of storing Parshada's in open air & we should use these ‘Light Weight Tiffins' instead of Tokaries to supply the Parshada’s then this process will increase quality & even the speed of supply.
