    Iam writing this mail with a lot of frustration due to worst service done by your technician,
    I have given my vehicle for periodic service on 6th July under the package 2999. and i don't have any single issue with my car.

    After examining ive approved the service with some basic consumables which costs me around 10,000. And no one has updated me on the status till the end of the day, i was expected to deliver my car on the same day, i called the customer car & technician and no one was picking up the call.

    after so many escalation next day, 7th vehicle was done with the servicing and the driver was picked up to my delivery address,

    On the way the clutch was broken, and took the vehicle back to the garage, again they have charged me 6000 for replacement of that particular product, it was not my issue, the technician has to verify before he delivers my vehicle.

    Although I agreed and paid that amount online, my vehicle was delivered at 11.00 pm yesterday (8th July).

    Today I was trying to take my car out, the clutch and gear system were completely in a very bad condition. the clutch system was malfunctioning, the gear shift was not happening.

    I was struck in the middle of the road, a lot of frustration.
    I called up the technician & customer care again and no one has picked up.

    Finally I called up Hyundai Roadside assistance and they came and towed my vehicle.


    Iam totally dissatisfied and got irritated with your service
