Dear sir,
I am Suman Kumar from Purnea Bihar, I have booked 2 tickets in Government Bus, (BR01PL6728) from Patna to Purnea. The time of departure is 9:00 PM , but still not departed and now time is 10:29 PM. I have booked for imergency to reached Purnea. This Bus just taking too long and it's getting worse over and over.Its AC seater bus, but AC doesn't work. I'm very upset. Please take seriously of this complaint.
