Hi Concerned Person,


I have been a customer of Reliance since long and my entire family also use reliance services. My number is 9864013195, which was taken in Guwahati but recently almost 1 year ago I shifted to Mumbai and now to Bangalore but still I am using the same number. Now since yesterday afternoon I am facing a issue wherein my outgoing calls are activated but when anyone is trying to call me is finding my cell phone to be switched off and I am also unable to send messages.

After that I called up reliance customer care and was connected to Jitumani, who wasn't even able to understand my issue and also wasn't able to provide me with the TAT. On my request to connect me to a superior, he replied that 'all are busy now, one will call me within 2 hours', how can one connect me when there is an issue with my incoming calls? Quality of customer satisfaction: PATHETIC.

Now my issue still unresolved, I tried calling the customer care again today morning and was connected to Parashmoni. After making her understand about everything she came up with an excellent question, "Sir, are you making local calls or STD calls?". Someone please let me know how does my outgoing calls to local or std numbers is related to my incoming calls issue?

After that I had requested Parashmoni to connect me to her superior, and she connected me to Ms.Garima, please let me tell that I was expecting that at least the superiors in your customer care center would have a bit of sympathy and empathy. She also gave me the same understanding that I have to wait for 3 working days for my issue to get resolved. With no understanding of the urgency, she also displayed a sheer show of immaturity.

Come-on this is the contact point of mine and I am losing my business since yesterday. Kindly get it resolved and let me re-phrase my words: "RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE executives and the Senior person whom I had spoken to might be good people but are pathetic on customer satisfaction. If permissible kindly go through my calls that I made from my number yesterday and today. And also please let me know that whether I should continue with Reliance or is it high time for me to PORT.
