I feel my sisters class 9th application form of BHU and paid 770 rupees by net banking and the payment is fail and and the payment is deducted from my account. Then I paid again 770 rupeesbut this time it will successful and give me reference number on bechu dashboard but my previous payment not refund in my account and I complaint to my bank then my bank customer care tell me to call after 15 days for check the complain and they said payment is successfully transferred but but I doesn't have my old 770 rupees
