    I am writing to request your assistance in confirming train tickets for my family's journey from Kopargaon to Mysore on March 28th. We are planning to visit Shiradi after four long years and it would mean a lot to us to be able to make this trip.
    While our tickets to Shiradi are confirmed, the return tickets from Kopargaon to mysore are currently on the waiting list. We are hoping that you can help us secure confirmed tickets for our return journey as well.

    I understand that you are a busy person, but your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We are looking forward to this trip, and it would be a shame if we had to cancel due to the unavailability of train tickets.
