    My Patient ID is MH006695020. I was advised a CT Scan contrast and underwent test on 11th March 2023. Within 2 hours of leaving the hospital, the marketing officer called me and told senior technician has asked for MRI scan. How come without issuing the prior diagnosis report your team asks for another test. What is the authority of a marketing representative and/or technician to push for a test ? Should not it be the treating physician who should advice test ? This practice is highly unethical and it only zeros down to push sales of service by the hospital and its team. If some tests are required, your team should route it through the concerned physician. Neither the marketing team nor the technician are qualified to propose this. This is against decent medical ethics of any hospital. I would request a fair action on this or we have to go for legal procedures. We would expect you keep up to your goodwill and be trust and not become another money minting place in the racket.
