    I have been a regular customer since you started your store no 2845 in Hisar Haryana and have always found the staff curteous and helpful. However, this afternoon when I went to your store here and made my purchases the billing clerk by mistake did not bill for two boxes of Strawberries and insted by mistake billed for 13 pieces of Kiwi instead of the 11 presented to her. When the guard checked my purchase he at once accused me of deliberately not getting the Strawberries billed and trying to avoid paying for the and behaved as if I was stealing them without confirming the mistake of the clerk. In any case the matter was resolved when I took two more pieces of Kiwi and got a second bill for the unbilled Strawberries. However, at the gate again the same guard when asked for the first bill stated that I was not telling the truth and that he had given the bill to me. He himself later foung-d the bill lying on the floor where he had dropped it. He did not apologise even for his rude behaviour. Incidentally his clothes were smelling very badly too wich is totally inhygenic. The point of this complaint is that for the mistakes of the employees they are penalised. but what action is taken when a guard misbehaves. Clearly that man concerned needs to be disciplined.
