Hi,
Customer support declined the return of the product (R for Rabbit Road Runner Max Scooter - Green) even though the product delivered is defective. I can only replace it, but the replacement will take time. I need to gift this product. I don't see any value in having a replacement after the need. I need the replacement by 9th Feb or return the product.
The first cry doesn't consider any value for its customer while creating a return/ replacement policy. Please take action to rectify your policies on such defective items you send.
