This is Arindam Das . Contact no : 9674303727. I have a Royal enfield meteor fireball bike which I had purchased on 2nd June 2022. Reg No : WB26BS 5674. I am facing an issue in my bike . Brake pedal spongy and rear brake properly not working from last 20days . Personally I observed , rear brake oil leakge from brake master cylinder & brake reserver tank empty due brake oil leakage . So I called to Chinar park kolkata bike zone service centre ICRE team on 31th december at first morning and told them please take appointment for tomorrow but they denied due to 1st January of 2023 . When I forced that Emergency issue and spoken with manager then he told me please come today by 3pm. Accordingly I visited to workshop by 2pm. They checked and cleaned the master cylinder , rear brake pad & disc , top up the brake oil. And took road test and told me now brake is ok . I told them master cylinder leakage but they ignore my concern and told me no brake oil leakage from cylinder .

Today morning I observed , again brake oil leakage from master cylinder. Now tell me what should I do ? Now who will take responsibility if my bike breaks down and causes an accident?

I had done 5 year extended warranty. They told me master cylinder does not covered under warranty. Why does not cover warranty? And Where is mention it ? Is master cylinder wear an tear item ?? I am also working Mahindra & Mahindra Delearship as a service advisor post . I know how to make delight the customers . I am very disappointed with the service. Its very painful to customers who faced this type of issues and all things .

Sir , I am requesting you , please look at this matter and revert me as soon as possible.
