    Respected Sir,

    Through this email, i wish to bring into your kind notice, an experience faced by me at one of the service centres of TVSM dealer in Delhi.

    Due to this bad experience at the workshop - I have gone through lot of mental agony and loss of face before people who were accompanying me at the workshop.

    And for the sake of brevity - I am mentioning this ordeal in few simple steps. Kindly note:

    1: My TVS motorcycle developed technical snag during the first 400 KM from the day of purchase.

    2: I mentioned the issue with the braking system, for which I was asked to visit the workshop for necessary overhauling.

    3: On my visit, the dealing person pursuaded me to also get the first free service of the vehicle done - though it was due only after a run of 500 KM.

    4: The person who raised the Job Card for the first service was adamant that any work on my motorcycle would be done - only after I have signed the job card.

    5: On asking the breakup of the free service charges - the person mockingly asked " have you purchsed a bike for the first time?"

    6: When i specifically mentioned that I have visited the workshop for rectification of the braking issue with the bike and did not want the free service to be done right now, this person rudely said - "Cancel their job card, we will not do an work on this motorcycle".

    I came back from the workshop without getting any work done on the motorcycle - but the bigger issue is my loss of face (before the person accompanying me) and the bitter experience I had at the centre.

    After raising a complaint with the customer care centre about the above ordeal, I did not receive any satisfactory response.

    Sir - THIS IS NOT AT ALL EXPECTED FROM A BRAND LIKE TVS.

    I sincerely wish that the management should take appropriate action against such senseless and ill-etiquetted person, who give a bad impression about the organization.
