    I want to point out a peculiar and humiliating behaviour of billing staff which has happened at least four times in Reliance Fresh Signature 2546
    Yesterday (7/12/2022) also the same behaviour happened. When I went for billing of my grossery, the billing person was not ready to bill my items and directed my to go to a counter where there was no staff even. When I told him that there is nobody, then he called a lady billing person who was not experienced and did not know the codes properly. My complaint is that I am made to go from one billing to another frequently(like a monkey dance). This I pointed out yesterday to the first billing person. Though the person is free, still he will not bill and send you to another counter. This is not for a particular person but most youngsters will do this behaviour. I am a first day customer of Reliance Fresh when it was inaugurated and live very nearby. But the behaviour of the billing staff really leaves you in bad feel when you are treated like this repeatedly. Please look into your training programs where customers don't have a feel good after purchasing from the retail store
